Build the infrastructure. With us.
BRΛYK is building the systems that connect students to real opportunity before graduation. We're early-stage and mission-driven — and we're looking for people who want to build, not just execute.

BRΛYK is early. We're building something that doesn't exist yet — the systems that connect students to real opportunity before graduation. The people who thrive here are builders. People who see what's missing and want to be the ones who build it.
We're building the team.
BRΛYK's first partnerships hire. You'll own the district and employer outreach pipeline — showing up to school board meetings, county conversations, and employer introductions that Daisha can't always be in simultaneously. You're not executing a playbook. You're helping build it. The goal: signed district and employer partnerships that create real access for K-12 students.
As BRΛYK's district partnerships activate — including BRΛYK Summer Works placements — we need someone managing day-to-day operations. Student engagement logistics, employer touchpoints, district communication, and program coordination across K-12 and postsecondary pipeline work. You keep the infrastructure running so it compounds instead of requiring constant rebuilding.
Support the BRΛYK Foundation's grant writing, donor relations, and philanthropic partnership development. You'll identify funding opportunities aligned with BRΛYK's K-12 and postsecondary mission, manage grant applications and reporting, and build relationships with foundations, corporations, and community partners who want to invest in the infrastructure BRΛYK is building.
If you believe in this, we want to know you exist.
BRΛYK is growing. The roles above are the immediate hires — but we're building a team that will grow with the infrastructure. If you believe in what we're building and want to be part of it, send us a note. No formal application. Just tell us who you are and why this matters to you.
