You are:
- Experienced in K–12 district sales or partnerships
- Comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- A builder who doesn't need a playbook because you'll write it
Employer Partnerships Lead
Full-time · Remote-firstYou'll build and manage BRΛYK's employer partner network — helping organizations see the marketplace clearly, move from conversation to contract, and stay engaged as the pipeline grows.
You are:
- A relationship builder who closes deals
- Comfortable in C-suite conversations about workforce strategy
- Driven by the impact of what you're selling, not just the commission
Operations & Program Lead
Full-time · Atlanta areaYou'll make the marketplace run — coordinating between districts, employers, and students to ensure pathways launch, experiences happen, and VERIFIED™ credentials get earned.
You are:
- A systems thinker who loves making complex things simple
- Experienced in program management or operations
- Comfortable in ambiguity because you turn it into process
